The Europrivacy Welcome Pack is a package subscription enabling the Applicant to benefit from the following advantages and services during a period of three years:
- 1 introductory course for DPO on the Europrivacy Academy website
- 1 Privacy Pact registration
- 1 DPO access to online tools and resources on the Europrivacy Community website
- 2 Europrivacy certificates publication fees on the official Registry of Europrivacy Certificates
- Europrivacy Flash Alerts with the latest regulatory and criteria updates
- Easier access to qualified partners, experts, and companies committed to personal data protection
The Welcome Pack can be integrated into consulting firm offers, which usually include the following services:
- Privacy Pact registration
- Selection of two data processing
- Documenting the compliance of the two selected data processing with the Europrivacy criteria
- Readiness assessment of the two selected data processing with the Europrivacy criteria
- Where applicable, supporting remediation of non-conformities of the selected processing
- Preparing the formal application and targets of evaluation specification for the certification
- Requesting and selecting offers from certification bodies
- Handover to the selected certification body
- Supporting the Applicant during the certification process
- Elaborating a certification plan for the remaining data processing activities
If the Applicant is satisfied, the consulting firm will usually:
- Implement the Certification Plan for the priority data processing activities;
- Provide continuous support for compliance and remediation in case of regulatory evolution;
- Prepare the Applicant for the surveillance audits and recertifications.
